The Departments of Labor (DOL), Health and Human Services (HHS), and the IRS collectively released FAQs on the gag clause provision of the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), detailing the process for the necessary annual attestation. The IRS also provided further FAQs regarding the coverage of nutrition, wellness, and general health expenses through health FSAs, HRAs, and HSAs.
